“Folsom Arts Inspires”, is the official volunteerism name of the Folsom Arts. Folsom Arts Inspires, is derived from our motto “Bringing Colors To Every Filipino’s Dream” which to inspire our community by volunteerism, to bring hope and inspiration.
A total of :
•900 pcs of School Uniform Patches where endorsed
•30 Chairs and 15 Tables, 2 Cabinets where repainted in kindergarten room
•Floor repaint of kindergarten room
•2 Black Boards where made and endorsed
•60pcs of Coloring Book sets were distributed to 60 kindergarten students
These where accomplished by Folsom Arts Inspires which is composed of Folsom Arts Staff. This volunteerism is very special to me as well, as i graduated from public schools from nursery up to college. I believe that our country is kind for those who are less fortune by providing a free education. And now, its our time to return the blessing by paying it forward. This is my thought about this, “We are not just making rooms, we are not just painting tables and chairs, but we are investing in our future leaders, managers, entreprenuers, scientists, artists of our country.” Sa tuwing may ginagawa tayong volunteerism na katulad nito, nawa’y lagi natin isipin, na maaring isa sa mga batang ito ang magiging presidente or leader ng ating bansa. At kung mangyari ito, alam ko na may impact ang ating pinamalas na pagbabayanihan.
Folsom Arts Inspires is now considered to be an active NGO that supports public schools in Dasmarinas, Cavite. Sa Lahat ng mga naging kabahagi, Taos pusong pagpapasalamat ang pinaparating ko sampu ng management, investors at ng mga guro at estudyante ng Tirona Elementary School. I’m looking forward for having another volunteerism before the year ends. I’m looking forward for more people to join, more resources to be given, more lives to be inspired.
